About the event
Thisd is our first training block of Open Water Swimming, where we will learn the fundimentals of OWS, OWS Safety, drills and techniques that will increase your water confidence and competence in a limited number group environment. The specific swim bay in Muckross, is ideal for new and more experenced swimmers alike to adapt from the pool to OWS and lerarn in a controlled methodical means
